In 19th century America, there was a businessman named Charles Lewis Tiffany who took over a small comprehensive store run by his father at the age of 15; At the age of 25, he borrowed a sum of money and opened a stationery and gift shop with friends in New York. Within two years, this store has continuously expanded its operations, offering a variety of products including glassware, ceramics, tableware, watches, jewelry, and more.

In 1841, Charles renamed his store "Tiffany, Young and Ellis" and further expanded its scale. By this time, the store had already gained a certain reputation, and people knew that Charles' store could provide the best products, especially Bohemian crystals and ceramics. Meanwhile, Charles also began preparing to make his own jewelry.
In the early 1950s, the company was officially registered as "Tiffany and Company" (abbreviated as Tiffany&Co.) and opened its stores on Fifth Avenue in Paris and in London. In addition, Tiffany marked the products with clear prices from the beginning, eliminating customers from bargaining, which was very special compared to other stores at that time. And Tiffany&Co. also collaborated with Edison to produce many new lights for theater lighting, which were also very successful.

The following year, Tiffany won a gold medal in jewelry and a silver medal at the Paris World's Fair; In 1879, Tiffany purchased one of the world's largest yellow diamonds, known as the "Tiffany Diamond". This diamond was only worn by two people, one of whom was the famous Hollywood actress Audrey Hepburn, who wore it during the promotion of the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's.

In 1887, Tiffany purchased a portion of French royal jewelry, which greatly increased her attention and Tiffany's reputation.
In the 20th century, Tiffany became even more famous, not only providing high-quality services to the general public, but also having various cooperative connections with national government agencies and cross-border celebrities.
Tiffany not only sells diamonds, but also brings many other unknown colored gemstones to the public eye, such as the famous "kunzite" - in 1902, George Frederick Kunz, a renowned gemologist working at Tiffany, discovered this gemstone in California and named it after him.

In 1919, Tiffany redesigned the Medal of Honor for the United States Navy, called the "Tiffany Cross," specifically awarded to military personnel who made contributions in combat. This award rule was not terminated until 1942.
