Kipuka Return & Exchange Policy
At Kipuka, we aim to ensure you feel at ease while shopping, which is why we have a 15-day return and exchange policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to return or exchange any unused item that remains in its original condition.Please make sure to contact us by email (KipukaJewelry@outlook.com ) at first.
Return & Exchange Requirements
1.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2.The timeframe for returns and exchanges must not exceed 15 days from when the order was received.
3.All returned items must be in their original state, free from scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered.
4.When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method that provides tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
5.For returns, any promotional gifts must be included with the returned items. If not, the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.
6.If you are in a remote area, additional fees may apply for exchanges or resizing. We will inform you of any applicable fees beforehand to help you make an informed choice.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable Items
1.Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or resizing.
2.Items that are custom-designed based on your preferences (like color, metal, and chain length) are non-refundable. Kipuka will charge a 35% restocking fee for exchanges of these items.
3.Personalized items with engravings or photos (such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets) are non-refundable. Kipuka will charge a 35% restocking fee for exchanges of these personalized items.
4.Special order items, including changes to plating and color, purchasing individual pieces from a set, and personalized engravings, are non-refundable. However, Kipuka can exchange these for a different design for a 35% restocking fee.
5.Custom-sized rings (those that incur an extra $10 fee) are non-refundable.
6.Items without jewelry tags or those that have been worn, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
7.Items that have been worn or sent to you as replacements are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Returns will be processed within 5 days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your request.
Please Note:
* If you wish for the refund to be issued to your original payment method, please contact a Kipuka representative for authorization.
* Shipping costs prior to any discounts are non-refundable. While you may have enjoyed free or reduced shipping, we incur original shipping costs for each order, so we do not refund these costs.
* Remote area fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund when returning items.
Kipuka will provide a $10 store credit as reimbursement for return shipping under the following circumstances:
1.The customer received an incorrect item.
2.The item is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving (customers must contact Kipuka within 48 hours of receipt for broken or defective items).
Kipuka will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the following items:
Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order will incur a 35% restocking fee for each returned item.
